This was a day at sea so we had a very low-key, catch up sleep day. We missed breakfast and opted for lunch from the charcoal grill pool side. It was wonderful to have something plain like a baked potato and a hamburger. We are so American but there must be a lot of us because the line was long. We worked up an appetite by walking a mile around the deck before we ate so maybe the calories won't add up the same.
I took a long nap this afternoon while Dee worked on the computer. I don't know why I am tired today but I think the time is finally catching up with me. I try not to think about home and the time difference but my mind just seems to wonder to the fact that I should just be getting up when it's already late afternoon.
We went to a mystery dinner at one of the restaurants tonight. We did this last year and thoroughly enjoyed it and this was good as well. We sat with a couple from the southern part of England -- Canterbury. We really enjoyed them and they didn't have such a strong accent so we could actually understand them. Now, they might not have said the same about us, but they seemed to understand us.
We saw a beautiful sunset and hope to get up at 4:30 in the morning to see the Northern Lights. We shall see if we make it. We will have be up fairly early to depart the ship for Stockholm.
We don't have any exciting pictures today -- just the sunset and the animal on our bed. He's wearing my visor!! Not sure what he is supposed to be. He might be a bulldog.
Hope all is well at home!
